1. Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for completion of your order.
2. An initial minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required.
3.  In case of a cancellation by the client, the initial deposit is transferable to their next project, within 90 days from cancellation. 

1. Use message section on the order form to specify required size and substrate on which the design is needed.
2. A draft will be sent for the client's approval. Adjustments are allowed twice.
3. No additions or adjustments after final approval.

When placing an order, clients will have the option to state their budget or request specific items to be included.

1. Use Message section on the order form to specify budget or to list items needed in package. 
2. A quote will be sent to clients who chooses to list items.
3. Images of the order will be sent for client's approval.
